Do you deliver to my location?
We currently provide free home delivery to New Delhi and parts of Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Though we're over 30 years old in the business, online deliveries are new to us and we are trying our best to extend this delivery radius. You can enter your pincode for individual products and check delivery and timelines in your region.
If you are not covered in our area of delivery yet, please send us an email with details of your shortlisted products on firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll try our best and someone will contact you if we can deliver!
Do you charge for delivery?
No, we are currently providing Free Home Delivery in our areas of delivery. This is a limited period offer and can be withdrawn at any time, without notice.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
We're afraid that COD payments are not available yet. You can, however, pay using any credit or debit card, netbanking and most digital wallets.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, our products are not eligible for returns or replacements, except if they are delivered in a damaged condition to you.
I received my product damaged. What do I do?
That's a rare and unfortunate occurrence! Request you to please share your order ID and a few pictures of the damaged part. Someone will contact you within 1 working day to coordinate pickup and refund/replacement. Please read the warranty policy before placing an order.
Can I see the product in person?
Yes, you may visit our store in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi and select from a range of over 100 pieces on display. However, we cannot guarantee availability of any particular product at all times and we suggest you call us and check for particular products before visiting.
Can I order a different polish or fabric colour from what's available on the website?
Yes, you may call our store number and check for availability of additional colours or fabrics. We'll share options over whatsapp or email and once shortlisted, you could either place an order online (with the changes discussed in order comments) or via email/whatsapp.

How do I maintain my furniture?

Do the products require installation/assembly?
No, all our products are pre-assembled and do not require any kind of on-site installation. Our delivery staff will provide you with all support to place the product in the desired spot in your house.
I live in a high rise building with a small lift. How will delivery happen?
Please do mention lift size, society rules, door/entryway clearance or other delivery obstacles, if any, during checkout in the comments section. Our delivery executives will call you before delivery and discuss the same.
Do you make custom furniture?

What Covid-19 precautions do you take before delivering my order?
All products are completely sanitised before delivery and staff checked for symptoms/fever on a daily basis. Our delivery executives will be wearing masks when they visit to deliver your order. You may choose to accept delivery only till your doorstep (and not inside the house) - in which case we would recommend you unpack and check the product completely at the doorstep itself, in front of our staff. We will not be able to accommodate any damages caused while you install the product inside your house.
